Montserrat de Castellarnau is driven by her curiosity and instinct to make creative ideas happen.

Montserrat Ll. de Castellarnau is a Creative Director with more than 14 years of international experience. Driven by her curiosity and instinct to make ideas happen, she has worked in Austria, Germany, Spain and the US. She is currently based in Palo Alto, California.

Beginning her career in the advertising field, she teamed up with commercial director Pep Bosch, with whom she developed an eye for immaculate art direction, photography and film editing, helping Pep score two of his three Cannes Lion awards. This led her to work on ad campaigns for international brands such as Audi, Volkswagen, Visa and IKEA.

Lastly, her curiosity and drive for new and exciting challenges, coupled with her passion for photography brought her to Vienna (Austria) to work as Creative Director for Lomography. As Head of Design and reporting to the CEO, she led a team of talented graphic/packaging/product/fashion designers and architects who helped her to develop a creative and innovative vision for new products and brand identity campaigns.

After two years being part of the Lomographic family and proud of her achievements and personal experience, Montserrat is back to the US to continue learning and getting inspired around great challenges on the creative and product design field.
